Draper: Spring 2025

Registration is open for Spring 2025 Youth Flag Football here in Utah! Great for first timers, kids who participate in other sports, and experienced athletes, flag football provides the same excitement and development as real football, without the contact!

We offer the ability for friends and family to participate on the same team each season. The best way to ensure your athletes are on the same team is to register early (saving $$$), and filling in the “Buddy Requests/Coach Requests” during your registration process.

Another great way to ensure your athletes are grouped with friends, is to have a parent coach! We provide great materials for first-time coaches (https://gridironfb.com/pages/gridiron-coachs-library), we are happy to work with you to become the best coach and mentor possible! Program Details

7 week schedule (Saturdays Only) Beginning April 5th, 2025

Everyone plays every game

No tryouts, drafts, or fundraisers

Teams are grade based

Practices are (45) minutes (determined by coach) with (45) minute games that consists of two (20) minute halves with a (5) minute halftime

Game format may vary based on number of athletes in each age group

Early - $149 Nov through Dec. 31

Regular - $169 Jan 1st through Feb 28th.

Late - $189 March 1st through March 7th.

Registration Closes: March 7th (midnight ET)

Rosters Released: March 15th

Practices Begin: March 17th

Schedules Released: March 22th

Skills Clinic/Coaches Meeting: Saturday, March 29th

Regular Season starts: Saturday, April 5th

Regular Season ends: Saturday, May 10th

Playoffs/Bowl Games: Saturday, May 17th.

Divisions: Pre-K to 10th grade, Ages 3 and up!

Season Overview: 7 Games (6 regular and Playoffs/Bowl Game)

Game Days: Saturdays

Practices: Determined by Coaches

Equipment

An official Gridiron Football Flag Football Uniform is included and is yours to keep

An official Gridiron Football Flag Belt

Rubber cleats or sneakers (No metal spikes)

Mouth-guards are required at all times during practice and games

Awards

1st place teams will receive Custom Gridiron Championship Rings, and 2nd place receives Custom Gridiron Medals

Games are played Outdoors

Seating: Very limited; please bring a chair to ensure your comfort
